Jim Long and Tom Holder have been inducted into The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers. There are only 350 members of this national organization. Tom Holder is a past chairman of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section, the Founding Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section and a current member of the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia Injured Workers Advocates. Jim Long is also a past chairman of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, past board chair of Workplace Injury Network Political Action Committee, past board chair of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section and a board member and past board chair of Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse. In addition, both Mr. Long and Mr. Holder have been recognized as Georgia Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine.

Ann Taylor joined Long & Holder in December 2005, as a Paralegal, specializing in Workers' Compensation claims. She has dedicated her career to assisting in the representation of injured workers and handles the day to day issues that arise in these types of claims. Alvina joined Long & Holder in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Sr. Paralegal and Office Manager for a law firm in South Carolina and a Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal for a law firm in downtown Atlanta, where she assisted 3 staff attorneys. She has assisted attorneys on cases ranging from huge corporate employers to small employers, including self-insureds. She also has experience in Workers' Compensation claims involving asbestos exposure, federal Workers' Compensation claims, personal injury claims and family law. Alvina has her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies with Dean's Honors and is a former paralegal affiliate for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Lori Glenn-Wyche joins Long & Holder, LLP with over 20 years of legal experience. She began her legal career as a Legal Assistant with the State of Florida Attorney General’s Office, in 1996, where she supported a staff of five attorneys, within the Eminent Domain Department. She relocated to Metro-Atlanta in 2001 and has continued supporting attorneys in the areas of Labor & Employment, Family Law, Corporate Law, Business Litigation, and Workers’ Compensation. Throughout her legal career, she has assisted attorneys with all aspects of processing cases to include initial intake, hearing and trial preparation, discovery, preparing for mediations and settlement. Lori aspires to assist injured workers obtain the benefits they are entitled to. With professionalism and dedication to helping others, she brings excellent services to our clients.
Dulce Pavon joined Long & Holder, LLP in 2003. She worked at the New York State Workers' Compensation Board for 15 years and has more than 25 years of experience in Workers' Compensation . Dulce also assists with the day to day management of the firm and maintains a small caseload. She is fluent in Spanish and is responsible for various administrative duties for both attorneys.
